Apex Cloud Infrastructure Migration

Project Context

Apex Global operated a monolithic set of servers that struggled with latency spikes during product launches and high maintenance costs.

The Challenge

The server environment had to be migrated without causing any downtime for their active customer base, keeping database states consistent throughout the cutover.

Our Solution

We engineered a multi-region AWS cloud setup, containerizing their Node.js applications using Docker and orchestrating them via Kubernetes autoscaling. Infrastructure was defined entirely as code using Terraform.

Business Impact

Kubernetes auto-scaling successfully decreased hosting infrastructure costs by 35% and improved API response speeds under load by 3x.
