Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tastics Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property, design templates, software skeletons, and server scripts created during development. Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom code and content created specifically for their project.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary text content, high-resolution graphics, logos, and access credentials (such as domain control panels or cloud consoles) required to complete the project. Delays in providing assets will result in proportional extensions of delivery timelines.
Standard payment terms include a upfront deposit followed by milestone-based payments as defined in the project package. For recurring plans (e.g. cloud server maintenance, SEO retainer), billing is processed monthly. Failure to pay on schedule may result in project suspension or service disconnection.
Tastics Solutions is not liable for any business losses, revenue drops, or service disruptions caused by third-party hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API downtime, or client-side administrative errors. We take reasonable care to implement secure code and backups but do not guarantee complete protection from external threats.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
