Project Context

MedVibe, a growing healthcare brand, needed to expand their offline operations into a highly secure, fast online e-commerce ecosystem to reach nationwide customers.

The Challenge

The application had to support real-time inventory sync across multiple retail branches, handle secure prescription uploads, and maintain high payment success rates under peak traffic.

Our Solution

We designed a headless Next.js architecture connected to a GraphQL API backend, integrated Stripe Checkout for automated secure transactions, and built a custom inventory sync worker running as a microservice.

The platform achieved a 140% increase in online transactions, cut checkout drop-offs by 40%, and reduced layout shift to zero, bringing page load speeds to under 1.2 seconds.
