Vortex required an ultra-fast global distribution layer to cache dynamic database results and serve optimized image payloads.

Traditional cloud CDNs added high cold-start latency and lacked dynamic on-the-fly WebP image compression capabilities.

We architected a serverless edge CDN using Cloudflare Workers, Terraform scripting, and custom Rust-compiled WebAssembly nodes for instant image processing.

Business Impact

Global edge cold-starts dropped to under 10ms, database load reduced by 80%, and global application uptime hit a verified 99.99%.
